Common models and features of GE motor management relays:

The 469 series, such as SR469-P5-HI-A20-E, features overload, short circuit and phase loss protection functions. There are high and low range options for the power supply. The low range is 20 to 60V DC for DC and 20 to 48V AC for AC (48 to 62Hz). The high-range DC is 90 to 300V DC and the AC is 70 to 265V AC (48 to 62Hz). The phase current input of the CT primary is 1 to 5000A, and the CT secondary can be selected as 1A or 5A, which is suitable for various motor current monitoring scenarios.

369 series: For example, 369-HI-0-M-0-0, the rated control power supply is 50-300 VDC or 60-265 VAC. The 369-HI-R-0-0-0 has 12 selectable RTD inputs, which can be used for the protection and monitoring of three-phase motors and related systems, and can “learn” motor parameters to adapt to different applications.

169PLUS series: Such as 169PLUS-120N-125VDC, with basic set points for programming large motor systems, which users can adjust according to their needs. Equipped with auxiliary relay contacts, it can be used for active alarm or trip functions. It can also be connected to 6 resistance temperature detectors for monitoring the temperature of the stator motor, etc. It has an RS 422 serial port (Plus model).

269PLUS series: Like 269plUS-D /O-100P-125V, it adopts a 100-ohm platinum RTD, which can accurately measure the temperature and monitor the thermal status of the motor. The 269PLUS-D/O-261-100P-120 has functions such as pre-trip alarm warning and emergency restart capability. It also provides features such as multiple motor starts, overheating of stator windings and bearings, and a thermal model with RTD and negative sequence current feedback.
