As a member of ABB Relion615 intelligent protection & control product line, it is an integrated protection and control IED dedicated to medium-voltage 10kV~35kV distribution feeders. It applies to urban power grids, industrial substations, auxiliary power outgoing feeders of power plants, grid-connected feeders for distributed PV and marine power distribution systems. It can serve as primary protection or backup protection for distribution transformers and motors. It forms a complete set with UNITROL excitation systems, SACO16D1 alarm annunciators and DCS/SCADA.
