Functional characteristics
Channel configuration: It has 8 channels. When using MTU TU844 or TU845, each channel can be independently configured as a voltage or current input. When using other MTU, all channels are uniformly input as voltage or current.
Input type and range: Supports 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V DC signal input, single-ended single-pole input mode, which can meet the output signal collection requirements of various sensors and transmitters.
Electrical characteristics: The voltage input impedance is greater than 10MΩ, and the current input impedance is 250Ω. It can withstand at least 11V DC overvoltage or undervoltage, and has good electrical compatibility and stability.
Data processing: 12-bit resolution, accuracy ±0.1%, equipped with advanced diagnostic functions, supports HART direct communication, enabling bidirectional data transmission and diagnosis with HART devices, facilitating remote configuration and monitoring of intelligent instruments.
Power supply and protection: The module provides a current-limited HART transmitter power supply for each channel, which can be connected to 2-wire or 3-wire transmitters. The transmitter power is monitored and current limited, effectively protecting the safety of the equipment.
Redundancy function: Supports single or redundant operations, enhancing the reliability and availability of the system, and is suitable for industrial scenarios with high requirements for system stability.
