Range: 1.0KN (equivalent to 100kg).
Output: Analog output, common types include 4-20mA, 0-5V or 0-10V, which can be conveniently connected to various control systems.
Accuracy: Generally ±0.5% FS (full scale), which can achieve relatively precise measurement.
Creep: ±0.5% FS. Under long-term load, the output stability of the sensor is relatively good.
Operating temperature: -20℃ to 80℃, adaptable to a certain range of industrial environmental temperatures.
Protection grade: Usually IP67, it has excellent dust-proof and water-proof performance and can work stably in harsh environments.
Power supply: It is usually powered by a 24V DC power supply.
Wiring: It is equipped with standard wiring ports for easy connection to external circuits, and usually has a 2-meter-long standard cable.
Furthermore, the PFTL101A 1.0KN sensor adopts a pillow block design and measures the weight by measuring the pressure between the pillow block and the object being measured. When the object to be measured is placed on the pillow block, the pillow block deforms under pressure. This deformation is converted into an electrical signal by the internal strain gauge, and then processed by the processing circuit to output the weight value of the object to be measured.
