Installation method: It is installed under the bearing housing and fixed to the base with four screws. The bearing housing is also installed on its top with four screws.
Measurement principle: Based on Pressductor® technology, it utilizes the principle that the magnetic permeability of magnetic materials changes under mechanical stress. When subjected to a mechanical force in the measurement direction, the internal magnetic field propagates and changes, generating an alternating voltage in the secondary winding. This voltage is converted by the control unit into a direct current voltage proportional to the external force.

Load capacity
Rated load: 5-50 kN.
Allowable lateral force: Maintain accuracy within the range of 2.5-25KN based on the rated load and a height of 300mm.
Allowable axial load: Maintain accuracy within the range of 1.25-12.5KN based on the rated load and a height of 300mm.

Extended load: In the measurement direction, when the accuracy grade is ±1%, the range is 7.5-75KN.
Maximum allowable load: In the measurement direction, the maximum allowable load range that does not cause permanent data changes is 50-500 kN. In the lateral direction (h = 300mm), the range is 12.5-125KN.

Spring constant: The range is 250-2500 kN /mm.
This component comes in three versions. The PFCL201C is equipped with a Cannon connector for connecting cables and is suitable for processing lines. The PFCL201CD is equipped with a 20-meter polytetrafluoroethylene fixed connection cable and is suitable for processing line applications. PFCL201CE is suitable for the rolling mill environment and is equipped with a sheathed fixed connection cable.
