Functional characteristics
Dual-channel monitoring: It features two independent monitoring channels, enabling simultaneous monitoring of two different parameters or different positions of the same parameter, thereby enhancing the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the monitoring.
Multiple measurement functions: It can measure various parameters related to rotating machinery, such as displacement, vibration, etc. By cooperating with appropriate sensors, key data during the operation of the equipment can be accurately obtained, providing a basis for the assessment of the equipment’s status.

Signal processing and analysis: High-precision processing and analysis of the input sensor signals are carried out, capable of filtering out noise and interference signals and extracting valid information. Meanwhile, it can also perform data linearization processing, amplitude calculation, etc., to meet different monitoring requirements.
Alarm and protection function: Users can set warning and danger alarm thresholds for each channel respectively according to the operation requirements and safety standards of the equipment. When the monitoring parameters exceed the set threshold, the module will immediately send out an alarm signal, triggering external alarm devices or initiating corresponding protective measures to prevent the equipment failure from worsening further.

Data output and communication: Multiple data output methods are provided, including analog output (such as 4-20mA current signal) and digital output (such as RS-485 communication interface, supporting protocols such as MODBUS). It is convenient to transfer the monitoring data to other control systems, data acquisition systems or upper computers for further analysis and processing, and to achieve remote monitoring and centralized management.

Technical parameters
Input features: Supports various types of sensor inputs, such as eddy current sensors, acceleration sensors, etc. The input signal range varies according to different sensor types. For example, for eddy current sensors, the input signal is usually 0-20V DC. The input impedance is relatively high, generally greater than 10kΩ, to ensure the accurate acquisition of sensor signals.
Measurement accuracy: The displacement measurement accuracy can reach ±0.1% FS (full scale), and the vibration measurement accuracy can reach ±1% FS within a certain frequency range. The specific accuracy indicators may vary due to factors such as sensor type and measurement range.

Electrical characteristics: It is powered by a 24V DC power supply, and the allowable voltage fluctuation range of the power supply is ±10%, that is, 21.6-26.4V DC. The power consumption of the module is relatively low, usually around 5 to 10 watts.
Working environment: The working temperature range is -40 ℃ to + 85℃, and the storage temperature range is -55 ℃ to + 125℃. The humidity range is 5% – 95% (without condensation), which can adapt to harsh industrial environments and ensure stable operation under various complex working conditions.
