Functional characteristics
System Integration: As the core component of the 3500 series monitoring system, the 3500/60 module provides electrical connection and communication interfaces for other monitor modules, integrating all functional modules together to form a complete monitoring system. It can coordinate data transmission and interaction among different modules to ensure the stable operation of the system.

Power distribution: Provide stable power supply for each module within the frame. It can distribute and manage the external input power supply to ensure that each module can obtain the appropriate voltage and current to meet the requirements of its normal operation. At the same time, it also has the functions of power fault monitoring and protection. When the power supply is abnormal, it can promptly issue an alarm signal and take corresponding protective measures to prevent equipment damage.

Communication management: Responsible for communicating with the upper computer or other external devices. It supports multiple communication protocols, such as RS-485, Profibus-DP, Modbus, etc. It can transmit various data in the monitoring system, such as measurement values, alarm status, equipment operation information, etc., to the remote monitoring center or other control systems to achieve remote monitoring and control of rotating machinery. In addition, it can also receive instructions from the upper computer to configure parameters and adjust functions of the monitoring system.

Condition monitoring and diagnosis: It has a certain self-diagnosis function and can monitor its own working status in real time, including hardware failures, communication failures, etc. When a fault is detected, corresponding fault information will be sent out through indicator lights or communication interfaces, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate and eliminate the fault. Meanwhile, it can also monitor the operational status of the entire monitoring system, such as the connection status of modules and power supply status, providing strong support for the maintenance and management of the system.
