Description
BENTLY 3300-10-02-02-00 AC power input module
Functional characteristics
Power input: It usually supports the connection of 115VAC or 220VAC AC power. The input voltage can be selected through simple cable connection and fuse replacement without the need for special tools or changes to other components.
Output characteristics: It can provide a stable DC voltage output for the system, powering up to 12 monitors and their related sensors. The sensor power supply voltage for the entire rack can be programmed to be compatible with today’s -24V proximity sensor systems as well as older systems using -18V power supplies.
Monitoring function: It has the power on and off detection function, which can effectively suppress false alarms of the instrument. Inside the instrument, each channel has an independent monitoring capability and can conduct real-time monitoring and processing of signals. For instance, the online speed measurement values of three channels of the unit can be displayed simultaneously. The speed of each channel can be set to the safe or off state, but the speed signals of two channels cannot be disconnected at the same time during operation.
Alarm function: When the monitored parameters exceed the set threshold, the alarm and overspeed states will be indicated respectively through LED indicator lights. Meanwhile, each module has a 4-20mA current analog output and a secondary alarm switch output to transmit the alarm signal to other devices or systems.
Performance parameters: High-performance switching power supply is adopted. Each module is equipped with an internal microprocessor. High and low pass filters and isolation barriers are added to the signal input and current output terminals, which have strong anti-interference ability and stable performance.
Application fields: Mainly applied in industries such as power, steel, metallurgy, and chemical engineering, it provides power support for the vibration monitoring systems of large rotating machinery in these industries to ensure the stable operation of the monitoring systems, thereby achieving real-time status monitoring and protection of rotating machinery.
