Components: It is part of the 3300 eddy current sensor system, which typically consists of a 3300 XL 8mm probe, a 3300 XL extension cable, and a 3300 proximitor® sensor.
Working principle: Based on the eddy current effect, the probe generates a high-frequency magnetic field. When the metal object to be measured approaches the probe, eddy currents are produced on the surface of the object, which in turn affects the magnetic field of the probe. By measuring this change, the distance between the probe and the object to be measured is obtained, and a voltage signal proportional to the distance is output, thereby achieving the measurement of the vibration and position of the object.
