Basic functions: It is a key component of the 3300XL eddy current sensor system. It can receive signals from the 3300 series 5mm, 3300 8mm or 3300XL 8mm proximity probes and extension cables, and convert the distance changes between the probe and the measured object into corresponding electrical signals. After processing, a voltage signal that can be analyzed and processed is output, mainly used to measure parameters such as vibration, displacement and shaft speed in industrial equipment.

Specification parameters:
System length: Usually 5 meters, including the overall length of the probe, extension cable and preamplifier.
Measurement range: The measurement range varies with different probe combinations. Taking an 8mm probe as an example, the general linear measurement range starts from about 0.25mm away from the target surface to be measured and ends at approximately 2.3mm, that is, from 0.25 to 2.3mm (corresponding to an output of approximately -1 to -17Vdc).
Sensitivity: Up to 7.87mV/μm (200mV/mil), capable of precisely sensing minute vibrations and displacement changes.
Power supply requirements: A DC power supply ranging from -17.5Vdc to -26Vdc is required when there is no isolation, with a maximum consumption current of 12mA. When isolated, it ranges from -23Vdc to -26Vdc. When the working voltage is higher than -23.5Vdc, it may lead to a decrease in the linear range.
