Functional characteristics
Single-channel monitoring: Focusing on the vibration monitoring of a single channel, it can precisely measure and analyze the vibration conditions of specific parts.
Independent operation: As an independent mechanical equipment protection device, it can work independently without relying on other complex systems and is suitable for general-purpose or certain critical mechanical equipment.
Signal processing: Accept a single sensor input from the compatible Trend Master® 2000 accelerometer and convert the signal into peak velocity units to facilitate an intuitive understanding of the intensity of the vibration.
Multiple outputs: It provides local display and status indication, enabling operators to directly obtain monitoring information on-site. It is also equipped with an alarm relay contact output, which can be connected to an external alarm to promptly issue an alarm when the vibration value exceeds the set threshold.
Rich interfaces: Equipped with a 4-20mA interface, it can transfer monitoring parameters to the factory control and automation system, facilitating remote monitoring and data trend analysis.
Scalability: Through the optional rack Buffer Output sensor interface module (TIM), it can also be used in conjunction with the Trendmaster 2000 system to apply the mechanical protection function to all (or selected) seismic vibration points of the Trendmaster 2000 system.

Self-detection and fault-tolerant design: Equipped with a self-detection function, it can automatically diagnose its own working status and promptly identify faults. At the same time, it adopts fault-tolerant design and can be configured with multiple redundancies, ranging from adding a second fully redundant power supply to a complete tri-mode redundancy (TMR) configuration, which can be used for selected channels or all channels, fully meeting the requirements of critical mission applications.
Strong communication capability: The communication gateway module can communicate with the factory control and automation system, facilitating integration into the overall industrial control system. And it complies with the American Petroleum Institute standard API 670. In the application of reciprocating compressors, it complies with the API 618 standard. In the field of offshore applications, it has the certifications of DNV and NK classification societies. It has also passed the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), the Factory Mutual Insurance Association (FM), the Russian National Standard (GOST), the EU Explosion-proof Certification (ATEX), and the EU CE certification, etc., and has wide applicability and high reliability.
Application fields: Widely used in industries such as steel, power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and petrochemicals, it is suitable for vibration monitoring of large and medium-sized rotating machinery such as steam turbines, compressors, fans, water pumps, coal mills, gearboxes, and motors.
