Main functions
Vibration monitoring and analysis: It can monitor and analyze the vibration signals of equipment in real time. Through built-in algorithms, it processes and analyzes vibration data, providing equipment status information to help determine whether there is abnormal vibration or potential faults in the equipment.
Data collection and storage: It has the capability of high-speed data collection, capable of accurately and frequently collecting data such as vibration, temperature, and pressure of the equipment, and storing them to provide data support for subsequent in-depth analysis and fault diagnosis.

Input/output characteristics
Four sensor inputs and four temperature inputs are provided. The software can configure each sensor input to support different types of sensors such as 2-wire and 3-wire accelerometers, velocity sensors or proximity sensors. Each temperature input supports multiple types of thermocouples and thermal resistors (RTDS).

Output: It provides six relay outputs, four 4-20mA recorder outputs and one dedicated buffer output. Users can configure according to their actual needs to meet different monitoring and control requirements. For instance, they can achieve the start and stop of alarm or control equipment through relay output, and use 4-20mA output to transmit data to other systems for further processing.

Communication capability: Supports communication via Ethernet and software-configurable Modbus, RS232/485 serial ports. The Modbus gateway option allows static variables, states, event lists, time and date information to be directly sent to any Modbus client, such as distributed control systems (DCS), supervised control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, programmable logic controllers (PLC), etc., facilitating integration and data sharing with other systems.

Configuration and Display: Users can use the 1900 configuration software to create configuration files and download them to the display via the built-in Ethernet connection. This module supports optional display screens/keyboards for viewing channel information or making minor configuration changes, facilitating on-site operations and monitoring for users.
Power supply options: Supports DC (18 to 36Vdc) and AC (110 to 220Vac @ 50 to 60Hz) power supply options, which can adapt to different power supply environments and enhance the applicability and flexibility of the equipment.
