Description
GE 531X301DCCAFG2 Main drive control board
Hardware composition: The surface design features over 80 integrated circuits, including EPROM and FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array). It also features multiple analog inverters, analog operational amplifiers and analog/drivers. In addition, there are over 30 resistor network arrays, using traditional metal film resistors, and capacitors are usually made of materials such as polyester or ceramics.
Functional features: The control processor board contains an Intel 80186 CPU. There is a small button switch on the board, which can be used to restart the processor after new software is downloaded to the EEPROM. It has a logging function, which can record the occurrence and clearance time of alarms with a resolution of 62 milliseconds, and also record turbine operation events with the same time label resolution. Users can define and modify these events.
Power supply specification: The power supply of the Mark V panel can come from multiple power supplies, including two 120/240V AC power supplies and/or one 125V DC power supply. Each power input source (two AC and two DC) must pass through a separate 30A two-pole thermal-magnetic circuit breaker before being connected to the Mark V panel. The power supply board of each core within the panel is powered by a standard 125V DC panel distribution bus.
Application fields: It can be applied in control systems (DCS, PLC, TSI, SIS), panel controllers, human-machine interfaces and display panels, encoders, resolvers and other related equipment or systems.
