Description
GE DS200PCCAG5ACB power connection card
Function and application: It is a power board for a drive system, used to connect the thyristor rectifier (SCR) power bridge to the drive control circuit. Through a pulse transformer, the gate drive signal is fed to the SCR bridge to achieve power control and drive of related equipment.
Appearance structure: It is usually a standard circuit board structure, with various electronic components integrated on it to achieve its functions. This circuit board is equipped with 12 plug connectors, which can be used to provide gate pulse signals to the forward and reverse directions of the SCR bridge, and there is also one plug connector for communication with the power board.
Special design: It belongs to the G5 board group. This board has no buffer or attenuation string. The system voltage is controlled through four jumpers (JP1, JP2, WP3 and WP4).
Application environment: Suitable for high-horsepower controllers, commonly used in J, K and M frames. DCFB type power boards are used, along with leg reactors and fuses. Independent or shared bus transformers can also be employed. This circuit board is located directly behind the drive control board, which in turn is directly behind the power supply board and is fixed to the back of the board frame through six plastic brackets.
