Description
GE IC693ACC336 Series 90-30 series analog servo shaft terminal board
Core function
Analog servo interface
As a bridge between the DSM302/DSM314 digital servo module and third-party analog servo amplifiers, it supports position, speed and torque control modes.
Communicate with the DSM module through a 36-pin connector (marked as “DSM”) to transmit control instructions and feedback signals.
I/O expansion capability
It provides 36 screw terminals for connecting external devices:
Input terminals (1-15, 19-33) : Rated 5VDC, supporting connection of limit switches, origin sensors, encoders, etc.
Output terminals (16-18, 34-36) : Rated 30VDC, capable of driving relays, indicator lights or low-power actuators.
Compatible with 14-18 AWG wire gauges, the wiring is flexible.
Signal conditioning and isolation
Built-in signal conditioning circuit optimizes the quality of analog signals and reduces interference.
Supports differential signal transmission, enhances anti-noise ability, and is suitable for industrial environments.
Application scenarios
Industrial automation
Control the feed axes of machine tools, mechanical arm joints and other analog servo devices to achieve high-precision positioning.
Synchronous multi-axis movement, supporting continuous production equipment such as conveyor belts and packaging machines.
Process control
Regulate analog devices such as flow valves and pressure sensors to achieve closed-loop control.
In conjunction with sensors such as temperature and liquid level sensors, a complex control system is constructed.
Equipment renovation and upgrading
Integrate the traditional analog servo system into the modern PLC network to enhance the level of automation.
As an interface module for the renovation of old equipment, it protects the original investment.
