Functional features:
Reliable switch output
Supports real-time output of switch signals (ON/OFF) to drive devices such as solenoid valves, contactors, and alarms, achieving logical control of industrial processes.
It is equipped with overload protection and short-circuit protection functions to prevent module damage caused by external device failures.

Electrical isolation and anti-interference
Photoelectric isolation technology is adopted between channels. The isolation voltage is usually above 500V AC to avoid external circuit interference affecting the control system and protect the controller from high-voltage impact at the same time.

Flexible configuration and status feedback
Support the configuration of output modes (such as pulse output, level hold, etc.) and Fail-Safe states (fail-safe, such as output hold or reset when power is off) through software (such as Honeywell’s Control Builder).
It is equipped with an LED status indicator light to display the output status of the channel in real time (such as output activation and fault alarm), which is convenient for on-site debugging and maintenance.

Efficient communication and integration
It can be directly connected to Honeywell’s C300 controller or other DCS/PLC systems, and communicate with the main control unit through the backplane bus (such as Profinet, EtherNet/IP, etc.) to achieve real-time response of output instructions.
