Description
Emerson 1C31233G04 digital output module
Power supply and output capacity
Working power supply:
Dual-channel redundant power supply: 24VDC (±15%), supporting automatic switching between primary and backup power sources, power consumption ≤8W (integrated high-efficiency power management chip).
Output voltage range: Adaptive 24VDC to 250VAC/DC (configured through software), compatible with AC/DC mixed loads, no hardware dip dialing required.
Driving capability:
Single-channel rated current: 800mA (resistive load), instantaneous peak current: 1.5A (continuous for 50ms), can directly drive large contactors.
Maximum switching power: 100VA (AC) /50W (DC), supporting inductive loads (power factor ≥0.4) and capacitive loads (≤10μF).
Output type:
The third-generation silicon carbide (SiC) solid-state relay is adopted, with a switch life of ≥10^8 times and a response time 40% shorter than that of G02 (on ≤5ms, off ≤2ms).
Channel and isolation characteristics
Number of channels: 16 independent digital output channels (8 channels in the previous generation G02), supporting group control (4 channels per group, parameters can be independently configured).
Electrical isolation
Inter-channel isolation: ≥1000V DC, isolation between module and system: ≥3000V AC. A new 2000V DC isolation between channel and ground has been added, enhancing the ability to resist common-mode interference.
Response time:
Supports switching between “fast mode” (≤2ms) and “standard mode” (≤10ms), suitable for high-speed logic control and conventional switch quantity control scenarios.
Application scenarios
High-reliability industrial control
Nuclear power field
Control safety-level valves (such as safety injection systems, waste heat discharge systems) to meet the requirements of 1E-level equipment;
The relay matrix driving the reactor protection system (RPS) has a response time of ≤10ms.
Smart grid
Control circuit breakers and disconnectors in the Substation automation system (SAS);
Contactors for switching photovoltaic inverters and energy storage batteries in new energy grid-connected systems.
High-end manufacturing
Vacuum valve control in semiconductor wafer fabrication plants (with anti-electromagnetic interference requirement);
Robot fixture switching in automotive production lines (high-speed response + long service life requirements).
