Description
Emerson 5X00499G01 module
Functional characteristics
Signal processing: As a digital input module, it can input digital signals from external devices into the control system, providing accurate status information for the system. It can handle various types of digital signals, such as switch signals and pulse signals, to meet the needs of different industrial scenarios.
High-speed data acquisition: It has the capability of high-speed data acquisition, with an acquisition rate up to 10kHz. It can quickly capture changes in input signals and transmit data to the control system in real time to ensure the system’s rapid response to industrial processes.
Low-power design: Power consumption is less than 1W. During long-term operation, it can effectively reduce energy consumption, lower the overall power consumption of the system, and also help reduce heat dissipation requirements and improve system stability.
Wide operating temperature range: The operating temperature range is -40 ℃ to 85℃, suitable for various harsh industrial environments. It can work stably whether beside high-temperature industrial furnaces or in low-temperature cold storage warehouses and other environments.
Robust structure: It adopts a robust shell design, featuring excellent shock and vibration resistance. It can withstand mechanical shock and vibration in industrial sites, ensuring long-term stable operation of the module in complex industrial environments.
Hardware specification
Number of channels: 32 channels, single-ended digital input, capable of simultaneously connecting the digital signal output terminals of 32 external devices to achieve status monitoring of multiple devices.
Input voltage range: 0V to 5V. It can accept digital signal input within this voltage range and is compatible with the digital signal output levels of various industrial standards.
Input impedance: 100kΩ. This input impedance ensures that the module does not cause excessive load effects on external signal sources when receiving signals, guaranteeing the accuracy and stability of the signals.
