Description
HIMA F3313 input module
Functional characteristics
Signal processing It is mainly used for processing digital input signals of safety-critical applications in industrial environments. It can receive signals from on-site devices such as sensors, emergency stop buttons, and limit switches, and transmit them to the central safety controller. It supports signal types such as binary on/off and on/off states. For signals such as temperature, pressure, and liquid level, It is usually processed through a 4-20mA or 0-10V interface.
Safety-related: It belongs to the module of the HIMA F3 series safety controller, is applicable to safety-related control systems, complies with relevant safety standards, and can ensure the availability and reliability of safety functions.
Other information
Power supply: The 5V DC power supply has been installed as part of the rack and does not require separate wiring. It is generated by a 24V DC / 5V DC clocking power module marked as F7130A. The rack is equipped with two parallel power modules. If one of them fails, the other can supply power to the system.
Configuration and integration: Configuration is carried out through HIMA’s proprietary tools. When integrated into the safety system, input lines need to be connected, input parameters set, safety functions configured, and the system tested to verify the Settings. Regular diagnostics are also required to ensure continuous normal functionality.
