Description
HIMA F8652E Central processing unit module
Hardware architecture: Fault-tolerant safety self-diagnostic controller based on Quadruple Redundancy Structure (QMR). The central processing unit is composed of 4 microprocessors, distributed on two CU cards, with each CU having two processors, forming the 2004D structure. This structure offers a high degree of reliability and fault tolerance. The failure of any one component will not affect the normal operation of the system. The system power supply adopts a dual redundancy design, further enhancing the stability of the system.
Functional features: As the core processing unit of the safety controller, it is responsible for handling safety-related logic and calculations. It is capable of communicating with other components in the security system and providing interfaces for input/output signals. It features high-speed analog detection capabilities, and the digital output can be programmed to indicate errors immediately or after a specific number of samples. It also has a statistical report function, which can report statistical information such as measurement values, maximum values, minimum values and average values for each inspection cycle to the PLC.
Communication capability: Supports multiple communication interfaces, such as Profibus, Profinet and Ethernet/IP, etc., ensuring compatibility with the most common network protocols, facilitating integration with other control systems and devices, and optimizing the overall automation process.
Application fields: Widely used in industrial fields such as petrochemicals, energy, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages. For example, in petrochemical production, it is used to monitor and control complex chemical processes; In the power system, the grid equipment and distribution process can be monitored and controlled. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used to monitor production lines and the manufacturing process of drugs to ensure product quality and process safety.
