Processor: Based on the MC68060 or MC68LC060 microprocessor, the clock frequency of the MC68060 is 60MHz, and that of the MC68LC060 is 64MHz.
Memory configuration: Multiple DRAM options are provided. Shared DRAM of 4MB, 8MB or 16MB can be equipped on the mezzanine module, with programmable parity check. ECC protected DRAM of 4MB, 8MB, 16MB, 32MB and 64MB can also be equipped. Meanwhile, the board is equipped with 128KB of 32-bit wide static RAM (SRAM), provided by the Dallas DS1210S device. It supports both the main power supply and the backup power supply, and has battery backup.

Storage interface: There are two 32-pin DIP PROM sockets of JEDEC standard, which can be used to install EPROM. Equipped with one Intel 28F016SA 2M x 8 flash memory device for storing programs, data, etc.
Communication interface: It has four serial ports with EIA-232-D interfaces, and the serial port controller is the Z85230 chip. It also features two IP interfaces with two-channel DMA, facilitating data interaction with other devices or modules.
