NI  CFP-AI-111  16-channel analog current input module

Number of channels: It is equipped with 16 single-ended analog current input channels.
Resolution: 16-bit resolution, capable of achieving high-precision measurement.
Input range: There are three input ranges, namely ±20mA, 0-20mA and 4-20mA.
Filter Settings: Three filter Settings of 50Hz, 60Hz and 500Hz are provided, which can effectively suppress noise.
Update rate: The update rate ranges from 3Hz to 0.83Hz.
Overvoltage protection: It can provide integrated overvoltage protection for transients up to 2300Vrms, and the input channel has integrated overcurrent protection of ±30mA.

Other features: It has over-range alarm and on-board diagnostic functions, which are convenient for installation and maintenance. The module comes with an NIST-traceable calibration certificate to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement. It also supports HotPnP (Plug and Play) operation and can be installed on the running and powered Compact FieldPoint backplane without interrupting the system operation.
Working environment: The recommended operating temperature range is -40 ℃ to 70℃, the storage temperature range is -55 ℃ to 85℃, the non-condensing humidity range is 10% to 90% RH, and it can withstand random and sinusoidal working vibrations within a frequency range of 10 to 500Hz and 5grms.
