Channel configuration: It features 32 input channels and can simultaneously collect multiple digital signals, meeting various industrial monitoring requirements.
Input characteristics: The input range is 10 to 30 VDC, and the input type is leaky. Each channel contains a current-limiting circuit to prevent the module from being damaged when directly connected to a 24 VDC power supply.
Isolation performance: The module has a group isolation function of 2300 Vrms breakdown isolation, which can protect the Compact FieldPoint system and controller or communication interface from the influence of high voltage and ensure the stable operation of the system.
Status indication: All channels are equipped with leds to indicate the input status of each channel, facilitating users to monitor the channel status in real time and quickly troubleshoot faults.
Update rate: The full-channel update rate is 1 kHz, which can promptly reflect the changes of the input signal and meet the signal acquisition speed requirements in general industrial scenarios.
Diagnostic function: It includes on-board diagnostic function, which can ensure trouble-free installation and maintenance, reducing system maintenance costs and difficulty.
