Description

NI  SCXI-1104  Signal Conditioning Module

Channel features: It has 32 differential analog input channels, which can multiplex multiple input signals to the output of a single module to drive the input channels of the data acquisition device and increase the number of channels in the data acquisition system.
Signal range: The signal range that can be processed is 30VACrms, ±42VACpeak, and ±60VDC, suitable for the conditioning of medium-voltage signals.

Filtering function: Each channel is equipped with a three-pole low-pass filter. The cut-off frequency of the standard version of SCXI-1104 is 2Hz, which can effectively suppress 60Hz noise. The cut-off frequency of the SCXI-1104C version is 10kHz, which can better handle time-varying medium-voltage signals.
Attenuator: Each channel has a 10-division attenuator stage before the amplifier, which can preprocess the input signal to make it meet the requirements of subsequent processing.

Sampling rate: The maximum sampling rate can reach 333ks/s, enabling rapid signal acquisition and meeting the requirements of some application scenarios that have high demands for data acquisition speed.
Mechanical and electrical specifications: The dimensions are approximately 4.54×10.75 inches. The recommended operating temperature range is 0℃ to 50℃, the storage temperature range is -55 ℃ to 150℃, and the non-condensing relative humidity range is 5% to 90%.

Application fields: It is commonly used in scientific experiments, testing and measurement, automatic control, data recording and monitoring, etc. It can measure slowly changing medium-voltage signals in high-noise environments and also be used to measure time-varying medium-voltage signals.
