Main features:
High isolation performance: Each channel provides up to 300Vrms of working isolation, with a common-mode rejection ratio of up to 160dB. It can effectively isolate external interference and protect the system from transient signals, enabling precise signal measurement in high common-mode voltage environments.
Programmable gain: Each channel has 12 programmable gain Settings, ranging from 1 to 2000, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the input signal to meet different measurement requirements.
The filter is configurable: It features two programmable filter Settings with a cut-off frequency of 4Hz or 10kHz, effectively filtering out high-frequency noise and improving signal quality.

Input/output related:
Input range: The input voltage range is ±2.5mV to ±1000VDC. When using an appropriate attenuator, it can withstand an input of up to 1000VDC.
Output mode: Supports multiplexing and parallel output mode, and also includes a cold junction compensation (CJC) channel, which can scan in multi-channel mode, facilitating the connection of sensors such as thermocouples and temperature compensation.

Calibration function: Each channel has an external circuit for offset calibration. The on-board EEPROM provides non-volatile storage, which can save the software correction constants of gain and offset, facilitating calibration and maintenance.
Connection method: The front-end signal connector is a 32-pin DIN C male connector, which can connect analog input signals (including CJC signals) to the internal circuit of the module. It can access eight differential analog input signals, and the input channels meet the UL high voltage pitch requirements.

Application scenario: It can be used in the iron smelting raw material mixing system to isolate, amplify and filter the thermocouple signal. By using the built-in thermistor and IC sensor for cold junction compensation, the signal can be conditioned into a voltage signal suitable for the measurement range of the acquisition card, and at the same time, high-voltage isolation protection can be provided for the acquisition card. It can also be used in the automatic test system of aviation airborne electronic equipment to precisely measure the small signals output by magnetic sensors, etc.
