Description
NI PXI-1033 5-slot PXI chassis
Performance characteristics
MXI-Express controller: Equipped with an MXI-Express interface, it supports remote transparent connection between the PC and the chassis, with a continuous data throughput of up to 110MB/s. It can achieve low-latency and high-bandwidth data interaction and is suitable for scenarios that require real-time transmission of large amounts of data (such as high-speed signal acquisition and multi-channel test systems).
System clock and trigger mechanism: Equipped with a 10MHz system reference clock (accuracy ±25ppm), it supports PXI backplane Trigger buses (such as Star Trigger, Trigger Bus), ensuring nanosecond-level synchronization among multiple modules and meeting the requirements of applications with high timing accuracy (such as semiconductor testing, radar signal processing).
5-slot flexible architecture It contains 1 system Slot (Slot 1) and 4 peripheral Slots (Slots 2-5), is compatible with 3U PXI and CompactPCI (PICMG 2.0R3.0) modules, and supports the mixed deployment of data acquisition cards, digital I/O cards, RF modules, etc. Adapt to small-scale test systems or low-cost development platforms.
Hot-swappable support (for some modules) : If the module itself is compatible with hot-swappable functionality, components can be replaced during system operation, reducing downtime and enhancing maintenance efficiency.
400W wide power supply: AC input range 100V-240V (50/60Hz), total power 400W, maximum power supply of 25W per slot, meeting the power demand of medium and low power consumption modules (such as low-speed acquisition cards, control modules), power supply efficiency exceeds 85%, reducing heat loss.
Intelligent temperature-controlled fan: Supports dual modes of automatic and high wind speed. In automatic mode, the noise is only 37.4dBA. In high wind speed mode, it can provide a heat dissipation capacity of 25W per slot, ensuring that the internal temperature of the case is maintained at 0℃-55℃ (during operation), suitable for laboratory or industrial environments.
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) : Complies with the EN 61000-6-3 standard, reduces interference to external devices, and is suitable for scenarios sensitive to the electromagnetic environment such as medical care and aviation.
V. Industrial-grade reliability design
Environmental adaptability: It has passed vibration tests (5-500Hz, 1.5G acceleration) and shock tests (10G, 11ms), and supports storage temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 60℃. It is suitable for harsh environments such as vehicle and air transportation.
Real-time status monitoring: The front panel indicator lights display the abnormal status of power supply, fan and temperature in real time, facilitating the quick location of faults (such as module overheating, fan stopping) and enhancing the maintainability of the system.
Mid-range positioning advantage: Compared with high-end PXIe chassis, PXI-1033 provides basic testing and control capabilities at a lower cost, making it suitable for budget-sensitive scenarios such as education and research (such as university experimental platforms), production line testing in small and medium-sized enterprises (such as circuit board function detection), and portable device development.
