NI  PXI-2527  PXI relay matrix module

Pxi-2527 is a high-performance PXI relay matrix module, specially designed for automated test systems, providing high-density and low-noise signal switching capabilities.

Channel configuration:
A single-pole single-throw (SPST) relay matrix integrating 512 cross points (16×32), supporting flexible connection of any input and output channels.
Each channel can be independently controlled and supports parallel test configuration (such as synchronous routing of multiple signals).
Switching ability:
Maximum switching voltage: 200V (DC/AC rms), suitable for medium and high voltage signal switching.
Maximum switching current: 1A (DC/AC rms), meeting the power requirements of most test signals.
On-resistance: Typical value 250mΩ. The low resistance ensures the minimization of signal transmission loss.

Relay characteristics:
It adopts Reed Relay, with a lifespan of up to 1 billion operations, and is suitable for high-frequency switching scenarios.
Switching time: ≤2ms (typical value), supporting rapid test sequence execution.
Signal integrity
Isolation: ≥100MΩ (DC), inter-channel crosstalk as low as -100dB (1kHz), ensuring that multiple signals do not interfere with each other when switched simultaneously.
Thermoelectric potential (EMF) : <1μV, suitable for high-precision measurements (such as millivolt-level signal acquisition).

Support PXI Trigger bus and Star Trigger to achieve nanosecond-level synchronization with other modules (such as DAQ, oscilloscope).
Control signals are transmitted through the PXI backplane to reduce the complexity of external wiring.
On-board intelligent functions:
Relay count tracking: Real-time monitoring of the switching times of each relay and prediction of maintenance requirements.
Fault diagnosis: Supports Continuity Check to quickly locate relay faults.
Software compatibility
Compatible with NI-SWITCH drivers and supporting programming environments such as LabVIEW, C/C++, and Python.
Provide virtual front panel (VI) and IVI-COM drivers to simplify the development of the test system.

Natural convection heat dissipation, no fan required, operating temperature range 0°C to 55°C.
