Application
Satellite thermal control system testing: In the testing of satellite thermal control systems, PXI high-density and high-precision resistance modules can be used to simulate the temperature sensors inside the satellite. The PXI-2570 module can be used for signal path switching. By connecting the resistance modules of different channels with the measurement equipment, it simulates 36 aerostatic thermal regulators with a temperature range from -80 ℃ to + 55℃, helping to test the response of the thermal control system to different temperatures and ensuring the normal operation of the satellite thermal control system.
Single-board test of the brake control unit of EMU: In the single-board test of the brake control unit (BCU) of EMU, a data acquisition system based on PXI bus can be adopted, among which the PXI-2570 module can play the role of switch switching. Through software control, it can cooperate with the data acquisition board card to output analog, digital and other signals to each circuit board of the BCU, providing working excitation for the circuit boards. At the same time, it participates in the switching of the signal acquisition path and helps complete 17 test items in 10 major categories such as conduction tests and voltage measurements for various single boards such as power boards and interface boards. Realize the functional test and fault diagnosis of the BCU single board.
