Rich measurement functions: It can be used as a high-resolution digital multimeter, providing fast and accurate AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, 2-wire or 4-wire resistance, frequency/period measurement, and diode testing functions.
Wide measurement range: The voltage measurement range can reach 100μV to 1000V, and the resistance measurement range is from 1μΩ to 1GΩ, which can meet the measurement requirements of various signals with different amplitudes.
High precision and resolution: It features a 6.5-bit resolution, with a basic DC voltage accuracy of 6ppm within 24 hours, enabling high-precision measurement.
Fast sampling rate: The maximum sampling rate is 1.8MS/s, which can quickly collect signals and is suitable for scenarios that require high-speed data acquisition.
Equipped with digitalizer function: It is fitted with a 1.8MS/s isolated digitalizer, which can be used for high-voltage waveform acquisition and can completely isolate and collect waveforms with DC voltage input up to ±300V.
It features self-calibration function: Integrated with self-calibration function, it can eliminate errors caused by temperature changes and long-term drift, ensuring measurement accuracy within the operating temperature range of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius.
Good safety performance: It is equipped with overvoltage and overcurrent protection functions, which can protect the safety of equipment and users. It complies with the safety voltage level of Category II and has passed the UL 3111 and IEC 1010 (CE) standard certifications.
Strong software compatibility: Supports NI’s LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Measurement Studio for C/C++ and other software, and also provides driver software compatible with Visual Basic and C/C++.
Low power consumption: The power consumption obtained from the PXI backplane is less than 12W, which is relatively energy-efficient.
