Description
NI PXI-4071 3U PXI module
Pxi-4071 is a 7.5-bit FlexDMM and belongs to a high-performance and multi-functional 3U PXI module. It integrates the measurement functions of a high-resolution digital multimeter and a digitizing instrument, and is suitable for a variety of high-precision test and measurement scenarios.
Rich measurement functions: It can be used as a digital multimeter to measure voltage within the range of ±10nV to 1000V, current within the range of ±1pA to 3A, resistance from 10μΩ to 5GΩ, as well as frequency/period measurement and diode measurement.
The digitizer is powerful: In the high-voltage isolated digitizer mode, it can collect the DC waveforms in all voltage and current modes at a acquisition rate of 1.8MS/s, and the collected waveforms can be analyzed in the time domain and frequency domain through the analysis functions in the NI LabVIEW software.
High precision and resolution: It features a 7.5-bit (26-bit) resolution, enabling high-precision measurement. Its DC voltage sensitivity can reach 10nV, and its AC current rms sensitivity is 100pA.
Fast measurement speed: At 7.5-bit accuracy, the DC reading rate is 7S/s. For applications requiring higher throughput, it can reach up to 10kS/s at 4.5-bit accuracy.
Strong common-mode isolation capability: It has a common-mode voltage isolation capability of 500V, allowing for stable operation in environments with common-mode interference and ensuring measurement accuracy.
Good compatibility: Compatible with PXI bus, it can be easily integrated with other PXI modules to build more complex test and measurement systems, and is suitable for various fields such as electronic testing, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, and scientific research.
Flexible trigger function: Trigger signals can be imported and exported, making it convenient to be used in conjunction with any multiplexer/matrix switch module, especially seamlessly integrated with NI’s switch products. With the help of the NI Switch module and the NI Switch Executive switch management software, users can measure a large number of channels.
