Working principle
Voltage conversion: The input rated voltage of this power module is 18-32VDC. Through internal power electronic devices such as MOSFET, it is converted into an output voltage of 24VDC, providing the load with the required stable DC power supply. As a voltage-controlled device, MOSFET has the capability of high-speed switching and can achieve efficient conversion of electrical energy through high-speed switching actions, converting the input electrical energy into a voltage form suitable for the load.
Voltage regulation control: The power module is equipped with a control circuit inside, which usually includes a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) controller, feedback circuit and comparator, etc. The control circuit monitors the output voltage in real time. When the output voltage changes due to fluctuations in the input voltage or variations in the load, the feedback circuit will feed back the information of the output voltage change to the PWM controller. The PWM controller then adjusts the conduction time and duty cycle of the switch elements based on the feedback signal, thereby adjusting the output voltage to keep it stable.
