HIMatrix: Economical small security controller
HIMatrix series of security-related controllers and I/O modules and fast secure Ethernet-related communication lay a good foundation for the construction of small and medium-sized security systems. Safety level: Complies with IEC 61508 SIL 3 standard, Fault Tolerance time (FIT) < once / 10⁹ hours, Mean Time to Failure (MTTFd) > 100 years.
Electrical specification: Supports 24V DC±15% wide voltage input, power consumption < 8W. The operating temperature range is -25 ℃ to + 70℃, and the storage temperature range is -40 ℃ to + 85℃.
I/O configuration: Taking the HIMatrix F35 01 as an example, it integrates 8 channels of secure digital input (DI), 4 channels of secure digital output (DO), 2 channels of analog input (AI, supporting 4-20mA/0-10V), 1 channel of counter input, and supports hot plugging and Daisy chain expansion.
Communication interface: Equipped with dual 100Base-TX Ethernet ports (supporting SafeEthernet protocol), FB interface (for interconnection of safety devices), PROFIBUS-DP redundant interface, communication rate 12Mbps, bit error rate < 10⁻¹².

Fire and gas detection: It can be connected to a combustible gas detector to trigger an audible and visual alarm and fire linkage when the concentration exceeds the limit.
Burner management system: It can monitor the flame status of the burner, automatically cut off the fuel supply and start nitrogen purging.
Turbine mechanical control: It is used to control the rotational speed of steam turbines and prevent runaway accidents.
