Description
TRICONEX 3481 Analog output module
Key Features
- High Reliability: Adopts Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) technology, fundamentally eliminating the possibility of single-point failures. The module contains three completely independent channels, and an internal voting circuit selects one channel to drive the final output. Even if one channel fails, the remaining channels can seamlessly take over to maintain normal system operation.
- High-precision Output: Capable of providing high-precision 4-20mA analog output signals with an output accuracy of <0.25% (within the 4-20mA range, based on 0-22mA Full Scale Range, FSR) and a 12-bit resolution. This ensures the control system accurately commands field actuators, enabling smoother and more precise control.
- Powerful Self-diagnosis Function: Through the built-in Forced Switching Diagnostics (FSD) function, it can monitor its own operating status in real time, promptly detect and report potential faults, simplifying maintenance and shortening troubleshooting time.
- Easy Integration: With a compact and modular design, it facilitates user installation and replacement, easily integrating into existing TRICONEX safety systems to reduce maintenance costs. Meanwhile, its wide adaptability to external loop power supplies allows flexible application in various industrial fields.
