Working Principle: When functioning as an eddy current sensor module, it forms an oscillator with the preamplifier. The amplitude attenuates as the sensor probe approaches the metal object being measured, and the attenuation amplitude is proportional to the distance between the sensor and the measured object. The sensor and preamplifier are linearly calibrated as a complete set before leaving the factory, so usually no further calibration is required during installation. Users only need to adjust the air gap between the sensor and the measuring surface to obtain the required signal.

Application Cases
Chemical Production Process Control: In the distillation unit of a large chemical enterprise, the KJ2005X1-MQ1 module is used to collect analog signals such as temperature, pressure, and flow, as well as digital signals such as valve switch status. After processing these signals through filtering and scaling, the module transmits them to the main controller of the DeltaV control system. According to the preset control strategy, the module can also precisely control the opening of the regulating valve, adjust parameters such as the feed rate and reflux ratio of the distillation tower, ensuring the stable operation of the distillation process and qualified product quality.
Power Plant DCS Monitoring: In thermal power plants, the KJ2005X1-MQ1 module is applied in the boiler combustion control system. It real-time monitors key parameters such as furnace temperature, pressure, and oxygen content, communicates with other intelligent devices through the Modbus RTU protocol, and uploads data to the distributed control system (DCS).
