Display and Touch: The screen is a 5.7-inch TFT color touch screen with a 4:3 aspect ratio, a resolution of 320×240 pixels, and 64K colors. The display is clear and the operation is intuitive. It adopts CCFL backlight and has a lifespan of approximately 60,000 hours (at 25℃). The touch type is analog, with a sensitive response and supports an intuitive graphical operation interface.
Power supply: The power input is 24V DC, the voltage range is between 20.4-27.6V DC, the power consumption is 20V · A, it has good stability and adaptability, and can work normally within a certain voltage fluctuation range.
Communication: Integrated Ethernet interface, supporting 100Mbps Ethernet communication, and TCP/IP protocol, it can be conveniently connected to industrial networks to achieve device networking and remote control. It is also equipped with dual serial ports. Serial port 1 is RS232/RS485, with a rate of 4.8-187.5kBd. Serial port 2 is RS232/RS422/RS485, which can meet the communication requirements of different devices. It supports protocols such as Modbus RTU, ASCII, and AC500, and can be seamlessly integrated with various industrial control systems.
Storage: It is equipped with 4MB ROM for program storage and 16MB RAM for data storage. Meanwhile, it supports USB 2.0 and CF card expansion, which enables convenient data backup, program update, and storage of more user data and recipes, etc. In addition, there is a 512KB battery backup memory for preserving critical data in case of power failure.
Working environment: The working temperature range is 0°C to + 50°C, and the storage temperature range is -10 °C to + 60° C. It can adapt to the temperature changes in most industrial environments. The protection grade is IP65/NEMA 4X (for indoor use), which can effectively prevent dust and water and adapt to harsh industrial site environments.
Other: Supports 9-level user password protection to enhance system security. Equipped with a real-time clock (with rechargeable lithium battery), it ensures accurate time recording, facilitating process control and data recording. It has passed the industrial-grade anti-vibration (0.5mm displacement, 10-55Hz) and anti-shock (10G) tests, and has high reliability and stability. Compatible with ABB CP400 series software, such as CP400Soft, it supports offline and online programming, facilitating users to develop and maintain application programs.
