Working principle
Based on the eddy current effect, the probe generates a high-frequency magnetic field. When the metal object to be measured approaches the probe, eddy currents will be produced on the surface of the object, which in turn affects the magnetic field of the probe. By measuring this change, the distance between the probe and the object to be measured can be obtained, and a voltage signal proportional to the distance is output, thereby achieving the measurement of the vibration and position of the object.
