Description
BENTLY 330105-02-12-05-02-00 3300 XL series eddy current proximity probe
Performance features: This probe adopts advanced eddy current technology and is capable of conducting high-precision non-contact measurements of parameters such as displacement and vibration of the metal object under test. It features excellent linearity, resolution and repeatability, and can operate stably in harsh industrial environments such as high temperatures, humidity and dust. The operating temperature range is generally -51 °C to + 177°C (-60°F to + 351°F), and it can adapt to a variety of different working environmental conditions. In addition, it also has a strong anti-interference ability, which can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference and noise, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the measurement signal.
Application scenarios
Industrial automation
Position detection: It is used to detect the position of objects on the production line, such as the positioning of workpieces on the material conveyor belt, to control the start or stop of subsequent processes and achieve precise control of the automated production process.
Dimensional measurement: Conduct online dimensional measurement of components during the production process, such as the diameter of shaft parts and the thickness of plates, to promptly identify dimensional deviations and ensure product quality.
Part counting: By detecting the number of times an object passes through the probe, the parts on the production line are counted, facilitating production statistics and quality control.
Monitoring of rotating machinery
Axial displacement measurement: Precisely measure the axial displacement of the rotating shaft, monitor the wear of bearings and the alignment of the shafting system, and prevent equipment failure caused by excessive axial displacement.
Vibration measurement: Real-time monitoring of the vibration conditions of rotating machinery, such as fans, motors, compressors, etc., to promptly identify potential faults like imbalance and loosening of the equipment, ensuring its safe operation.
Rotational speed measurement: By measuring the frequency at which specific marks on rotating parts pass through the probe, the rotational speed of the rotating machinery is calculated, providing an important parameter for the assessment of the equipment’s operational status.
