Frame specifications: Full-size 19-inch frame with 14 available module slots, allowing for the installation of various functional modules such as power modules, monitor modules, relay modules, etc., to meet different monitoring requirements.
Power input: Supports AC 100-240V AC and DC 24-28V DC input. One or two 3500/15 power modules can be used. The main and backup power supplies can be hot-swap-switched to ensure the stability and high availability of the system power supply.

Communication interface: It integrates Ethernet (10/100Mbps) and RS-485 communication protocol. If a TDI module is configured, it also supports USB interface, facilitating interconnection with the upper computer, DCS system and industrial network to achieve data transmission and sharing.
Monitoring capability: It can support real-time monitoring of parameters such as shaft vibration, bearing vibration, rotational speed, displacement, and expansion difference. It can identify low-frequency vibrations (starting from 0.5Hz) and high-frequency components (≤100Hz), and provide characteristic data such as through-frequency amplitude, 1X/2X amplitudes, and phase. It also supports the storage of original waveforms and trend analysis, which is helpful for accurate assessment of equipment status and fault diagnosis.

Alarm function: It is equipped with a two-level alarm function, namely the activation of emergency signal and danger signal. The alarm threshold can be customized according to actual needs. It simultaneously supports accident recall and historical data backup, facilitating the review of relevant information and analysis of causes in case of abnormal situations.
Working environment: The working temperature range is from -20 °C to + 60°C, with a protection level of IP20 (standard). A higher customized protection level is also available. In addition, it offers multiple installation methods such as wall panels, panels, and racks, which can adapt to harsh industrial environments.
