Frame specification: Full-size 19-inch EIA frame, with 14 available module slots, capable of installing various 3500 series functional modules, such as power modules, monitor modules, relay modules, etc., to achieve comprehensive monitoring and protection of rotating machinery.
Installation methods: It supports three installation methods: panel installation, rack installation and bulkhead installation. Panel installation involves fixing the frame in the rectangular cut of the panel, securing it with fixtures, and accessing the I/O module and wiring from the back of the frame. Rack mounting involves installing the frame on a 19-inch EIA rail, and the I/O module and wiring are also accessed from the back. Bulkhead mounting is to install it on the wall or panel when it is impossible to access the rear of the frame. The I/O module and wiring can be accessed from the front, but the mini frame does not support bulkhead mounting.
Power input: Supports AC 100-240V AC and DC 24-28V DC input. One or two 3500/15 power modules can be used. The main and backup power supplies can be hot-swadd-switched to ensure the stability and high availability of the system power supply, guaranteeing the stable operation of the monitoring system under various power supply conditions.
Communication interface: It integrates Ethernet (10/100Mbps) and RS-485 communication protocol. If a TDI module is configured, it also supports USB interface. Through these interfaces, the framework can be interconnected with the upper computer, DCS system and industrial network, facilitating the transmission of monitoring data to other systems for analysis and processing, and achieving remote monitoring and management.
Working environment: The working temperature range is generally from -40 °C to + 70° C. The protection level is usually IP20 (standard), and a higher customized protection level can also be selected according to requirements. It can adapt to harsh industrial environments such as petroleum, chemical, and power industries.
Module configuration: The power supply and rack interface module must occupy the left rack position. The remaining 14 rack positions can be used for any module combination. Users can freely combine modules with different functions according to their actual monitoring needs to achieve personalized monitoring solutions.
