Description
BENTLY 3500/22M transient data interface module
Functional characteristics
Data acquisition: Supports high sampling rate and high-resolution data acquisition, capable of accurately capturing detailed data of the equipment during transient events such as impact, failure or rapid dynamic changes, providing rich and accurate information for equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
Data processing and transmission: Possessing real-time data processing capabilities, it can promptly detect and respond to changes in equipment status. As a data interface module, it is responsible for accurately transmitting the collected transient data to other modules in the system or the upper computer software, ensuring the reliable transmission of data and subsequent analysis and processing.
System compatibility and integration: Compatible with other modules of the Bently Nevada 3500 series and can be seamlessly integrated into the existing monitoring system. Its modular design supports flexible integration with other modules, facilitating system expansion and configuration based on actual needs, and adapting to monitoring tasks of different scales and complexities.
Working principle: Connect to M series monitors (such as 3500/40M, 3500/42M, etc.), continuously collect steady-state and transient dynamic (waveform) data, and transmit the data to the host software via Ethernet link. Combining the functions of the 3500/20 rack interface module (RIM) and the data collection functions of communication processors such as TDXnet, the data transmission and interaction from the monitoring module to the upper computer software have been realized.
Technical parameters
Power consumption: 10.5 watts.
Communication interface: The front panel has a USB-B interface, supporting 10Base-T / 100Base-TX Ethernet (automatic sensing) and 100Base-FX optical fiber Ethernet, which can meet different network connection requirements and facilitate communication and data transmission with various devices.
Others: It is equipped with a rack reset button, facilitating the reset operation of the rack. Supporting the recording and storage of data before and after alarms helps analyze the situations before and after the occurrence of alarm events, providing more comprehensive data support for fault detection.
Installation and Maintenance: Designed for standard 19-inch racks, it is installed in slot 1 next to the power supply of the 3500 rack, facilitating installation, configuration and replacement. Meanwhile, this module provides comprehensive technical support and maintenance services to ensure its long-term stable operation and reduce the risk of monitoring system interruption caused by module failure.
