Functional characteristics
Multi-channel output: As a full-height module, it provides 16 relay outputs, which can meet the switching requirements of multiple different control signals or circuits. It is suitable for complex industrial control scenarios and can control multiple devices or components simultaneously.
Independent programming: Each output can be independently programmed to execute the voting logic. Users can flexibly set the action conditions and logical relationships of each relay through programming according to specific control requirements, achieving precise circuit switching and signal transmission control.
Alarm driver logic: Each relay contains an alarm drive logic. Through “AND gate” and “OR gate” logic programming, it can trigger the corresponding relay action by using the alarm input (warning or dangerous state), non-OK or independent PPL provided by any monitor channel or combination of monitor channels in the framework, which helps to detect and handle potential problems in a timely manner. Enhance the security and reliability of the system.

Power consumption: The typical power consumption is 5.8 watts, with relatively low energy consumption, meeting energy-saving requirements and suitable for long-term stable operation.
Relay type: A single-pole double-throw (SPDT) relay is adopted. Two SPDT relays can be connected to form a double-pole double-throw (DPDT) relay. This type of relay has a flexible configuration form and can adapt to various circuit connection methods and control requirements.
Contact life: It can withstand 100,000 relay contact cycles, featuring high durability and a long service life, reducing system maintenance and replacement costs caused by relay failures.
Electrical specifications: The standard rated voltage is 250Vrms, which is compatible with systems of various voltage levels and can be effectively integrated into various industrial electrical systems.
Compatibility
Software requirements: 3500 rack configuration software version 3.3 or higher, data acquisition software version 2.40 or higher, and 3500 data display software version 1.40 or higher are required to achieve functions such as module programming configuration and data monitoring.
Hardware installation: It can be installed in any slot on the right side of the Transient Data Interface (TDI) module and can work in coordination with other modules of the 3500 series (such as monitoring modules, key phase modules, etc.) to jointly build a complete mechanical equipment monitoring and control system.
