Functional characteristics
Multi-type signal input: It can accept input signals from proximity sensors, rotary position sensors (RPT), DC linear variable differential transformers (DC LVDT), AC linear variable differential transformers (AC LVDT), and rotary potentiometers, and can adapt to various measurement scenarios and sensor types.

User-programmable functions: By using the 3500 framework configuration software, each channel can be programmed to achieve monitoring functions such as axial (thrust) position, differential expansion, standard single slope differential expansion, non-standard single slope differential expansion, double slope differential expansion, complementary differential expansion, housing expansion, and valve position. However, the monitoring channels are programmed in pairs, with a maximum of two functions executed at a time, and only channels 3 and 4 can perform the shell expansion function.

Signal regulation and alarm: It can adjust the input signal and compare the adjusted signal with the user-programmable alarm. Alarm setting points can be configured for each activity ratio value according to actual needs, or danger setting points can be configured for any two activity ratio values. By continuously comparing the monitoring parameters with the configured alarm setting points, the alarm is driven to protect the machinery.

Application field
It is mainly applied to the condition monitoring of various rotating and reciprocating machinery in industries such as power, petrochemical, papermaking, steel, and machinery, such as compressors, fans, oxygen generators, water pumps, motors, steam turbines, etc. It provides important data support for the online condition monitoring and mechanical protection of these devices, helping to prevent faults such as imbalance, misalignment, shaft cracks, and bearing damage. Comply with the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute API670 standard for this type of system.
