Input data
Sensor type: It can receive input signals from various types of sensors. Common ones include eddy current sensors, which are used to measure parameters such as the displacement and vibration of shafts.
Signal range: For the input of eddy current sensors, a signal range of 0-20V DC can usually be processed to accurately collect the physical quantity change signals related to the axis detected by the sensor.
Measurement data
Displacement measurement: It can precisely measure the radial displacement of the shaft, and the measurement accuracy can reach a relatively high level, generally around ±0.1% FS (full scale). For instance, if the full scale is set at ±1000μm, the measurement error can be controlled within ±1μm.
Vibration measurement: It can measure the vibration amplitude of the shaft. Within a certain frequency range, the measurement accuracy can reach ± 1%FS. For vibration measurement with a set full-scale of 200μm within the frequency range of 5 to 1000Hz, the measurement error can be controlled within ±2μm.
Output data
Analog output: It provides a standard current signal output of 4-20mA for transmitting the measured displacement or vibration data to other control systems or display devices. For instance, when the measured axial displacement is 50% of the full scale, the corresponding analog output signal is 12mA.
Digital output: Digital data transmission is carried out through the RS-485 communication interface and protocols such as MODBUS are adopted. Real-time measurement data, equipment status information, etc. can be transmitted in digital form to the upper computer or other monitoring devices to achieve remote monitoring and data recording.
Alarm output: When the measured data exceeds the alarm threshold set by the user, an alarm signal will be output through the relay, triggering external alarm devices such as sound and light alarms. The alarm threshold can be flexibly set according to the operational requirements of the equipment and safety standards. For instance, the warning threshold for shaft displacement can be set at ±800μm, and the danger threshold can be set at ±900μm.
