Technical parameters
Input signal: Supports input from various types of sensors, including eddy current sensors, acceleration sensors, key phase sensors, etc. The input signal range varies depending on the type of sensor. For example, the input signal range of an eddy current sensor is usually 0-20V DC.
Measurement range: The measurement range for shaft vibration is generally 0-2000μm (peak-to-peak), and different ranges can be selected according to actual needs. The measurement range of axial displacement is usually ±10mm, and other ranges can also be customized.
Output signal: The analog output is a 4-20mA current signal, which can provide output proportional to the measurement parameters. Digital output is realized through communication interfaces and can output real-time measurement data, equipment status information, etc.
Power supply requirements: It is powered by a 24V DC power supply, and the allowable voltage fluctuation range of the power supply is ±10%, that is, 21.6-26.4V DC.
Operating temperature: The operating temperature range is -40 ℃ to + 85℃, and the storage temperature range is -55 ℃ to + 125℃, making it suitable for various harsh industrial environments.
