Functional characteristics
Multi-functional measurement: Each channel can be programmed through the 3500 rack configuration software to achieve measurement functions such as pulse acceleration, reciprocating acceleration, reciprocating speed, and low-frequency reciprocating speed. And the channels are programmed in pairs. For example, channels 1 and 2 can perform one function, and channels 3 and 4 can perform another (or the same) function.
Signal processing and comparison: Receive input signals from seismic sensors, process the signals to obtain various vibration measurement values, and compare the processed signals with user-programmable alarm values, thereby achieving monitoring and early warning of the equipment’s operating status.

Provide key information: On the one hand, drive the alarm by continuously comparing the monitoring parameters with the configured alarm set values to achieve the protection of the machinery; On the other hand, it provides key machine information for operators and maintenance personnel.
Status indication: The front panel is equipped with LED indicator lights. The OK indicator light is used to indicate whether the monitor is operating normally. The TX/RX indicator light indicates the communication status between the monitor and other modules in the 3500 rack. The BYPASS indicator light shows whether the monitor is in bypass mode.

Application field: As part of the reciprocating compressor solution package, it is mainly applied to the condition monitoring of reciprocating compressors. By monitoring the vibration of key parts of the compressor, potential faults can be detected in a timely manner to ensure the safe and stable operation of the compressor.
