Function
Compatibility of multiple types of signals
The single module supports the mixed input of various signals such as current, voltage, thermocouple and thermal resistance, reducing the types of modules and the space occupied by the cabinet.
The thermal resistance input supports automatic disconnection detection, and the thermocouple input is equipped with built-in cold junction compensation (CJC).
High-precision acquisition and processing
16-bit resolution +±0.05% accuracy, meeting laboratory-level measurement requirements (such as precise chemical component analysis).
Built-in digital filtering function (configurable low-pass filtering) to suppress high-frequency noise interference.
Strong isolation and protection:
The 1000Vrms electrical isolation effectively prevents on-site interference from intruding into the control system and is suitable for high-noise environments (such as motor-driven sites).
The channel is equipped with overvoltage protection (such as ±30V voltage input protection) to prevent equipment damage.
Flexible software configuration
The signal type, range, filtering time constant and other parameters can be configured through the Ovation software without the need for hardware jumpers.
Support linearization correction (such as linearization of nonlinear thermocouple signals), and directly output engineering unit values.
Hot Plugging and Redundant Design
Support for module replacement while powered on, and maintenance will not affect the system operation.
It can be connected to the redundant controller network to enhance the system reliability.
