Description
Emerson 1C31233G01 digital output module
Electrical parameters
Working voltage:
Module power supply: 24VDC (±10%), power consumption approximately 5W.
Output signal voltage: Supports 24VDC/48VDC selection (through hardware configuration or software setting).
Output driving capability:
Rated current per channel: 500mA (resistive load), which can directly drive small loads such as relays and solenoid valves.
Maximum switching voltage: 250VAC or 30VDC (depending on the load type).
Contact type: Single-pole single-throw (SPST) solid state relay (no mechanical contacts, longer service life).
Input/output parameters
Number of channels: 8 independent digital output channels.
Output type:
Dry contact output (passive) : Can be connected to an external power supply and adapted to load circuits of different voltages.
Wet contact output (active) : The module provides 24VDC power supply internally, directly driving low-power devices.
Response time:
Opening time: ≤10ms, closing time: ≤5ms, meeting the requirements of high-speed control.
Isolation feature:
Inter-channel isolation voltage: ≥500V DC, isolation voltage between the module and the system ≥2500V AC, effectively preventing interference.
Environment and physical parameters
Operating temperature: -40℃ to +70℃, suitable for harsh industrial environments (such as high-temperature workshops and outdoor equipment).
Storage temperature: -40℃ to +85℃, meeting the requirements for long-term storage.
Humidity range: 0% to 95% RH (without condensation), with strong moisture resistance.
Functional characteristics
Fault Diagnosis and Protection
Each channel is equipped with an LED status indicator light (green constantly on indicates output activation, and off indicates off).
It is equipped with built-in overcurrent and short-circuit protection. When the load is abnormal, it automatically cuts off the output to prevent module damage.
Support the disconnection detection function (in conjunction with an external circuit) to monitor the integrity of the output circuit in real time.
Hot plugging support:
Modules can be replaced while the system is running without power interruption, reducing downtime and enhancing maintenance convenience.
Signal holding function:
After power failure, it can maintain the final output state (through software configuration) to prevent unexpected shutdown or operation of the equipment.
