Power supply and output capacity
Working power supply:
Module power supply: 24VDC (±10%), power consumption ≤6W.
Output voltage range: Supports multiple selectable levels of 24VDC/48VDC/125VDC (via hardware dip coding or software configuration), suitable for more load types.
Driving capability:
Single-channel rated current: 600mA (for resistive loads), capable of driving a maximum instantaneous current of 1A (when inductive loads are started).
Maximum switching voltage: 250VAC/125VDC, supports mixed control of AC and DC loads.
Output type:
The enhanced solid state relay (SSR) is adopted, with no mechanical contacts. The switch life is ≥10^7 times, and the response speed is 30% higher than that of the relay module.
Channel and isolation characteristics
Number of channels: 8 independent digital output channels, each channel supporting independent diagnosis.
Electrical isolation
Inter-channel isolation: ≥500V DC, isolation between module and system: ≥2500V AC. However, a new 1500V DC isolation between channel and ground has been added, which has a stronger anti-interference ability.
Response time:
Opening time: ≤8ms, closing time: ≤3ms, suitable for high-speed control scenarios.
Fault diagnosis and protection mechanism
Multiple protection functions:
Each channel integrates overcurrent, short circuit and overload protection (which can automatically recover or latch faults), and supports surge current suppression during hot plugging.
A new output circuit disconnection detection system has been added (no external circuit required, with built-in detection resistors in the module). In case of a fault, an alarm will be triggered through the LED and system bus.
Status monitoring
Dual-channel LED indication (green: Output status;) Yellow: Fault/communication anomaly), supports remote monitoring of real-time status through the Ovation system.
Support output value preset function: After power failure and restart, it can automatically return to the preset state (such as “0” or “1”) to prevent the device from malfunctioning.
Communication and Compatibility
Bus interface: Compatible with the FBM (Field Bus Module) bus of the Ovation system, supports real-time communication with the controller, and the data update cycle is ≤10ms.
Protocol support: Built-in Modbus RTU slave protocol (optional), which can be directly connected to third-party PLCS or Hmis, reducing interface conversion costs.
Environmental adaptability
Operating temperature: -40℃ to +75℃ (extended industrial grade), storage temperature: -40℃ to +85℃.
Anti-vibration: 10-500Hz, 2G acceleration (conforming to ISO 16750-3 standard), suitable for vibrating environments (such as compressor rooms).
