Working Principle: The Ovation controller operates based on a real-time operating system, adhering to the POSIX1003.1b open system standard, and supports multitasking and preemptive task scheduling. It collects data from on-site sensors through input/output (I/O) modules and stores the data in a point database. Then, according to preset control strategies such as continuous (PID) control and Boolean logic, it processes and calculates the collected data. The calculation results are output through the I/O modules to control on-site actuators, thereby realizing the control of industrial processes. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a sequence of events processing function with a resolution of 1 millisecond, which can record key events in real-time.
