Functional characteristics
Precise analog output: It provides precise control of 8 channels of 4-20mA current loop signals, which can be connected to on-site equipment to offer accurate control signals for actuators and other devices in industrial automation systems.
Electrical isolation: Electrical isolation is adopted between output channels and between channels and logic circuits, with an isolation voltage of 1000VAC/VDC for one minute, which enhances the system’s anti-interference ability and safety.
HART communication support: Supports the HART communication protocol, enabling communication with HART devices such as intelligent transmitters, and facilitating remote configuration, monitoring, and diagnosis of on-site equipment.

High-precision D/A conversion: It features A 14-bit D/A resolution, with a reference accuracy of ±0.1% of the full-scale value (20mA) at 25℃ and ±0.24% of the full-scale value (20mA) throughout the entire temperature range, ensuring the accuracy of the output.
Built-in diagnostic function: It is equipped with an built-in diagnostic function, which is convenient for users to troubleshoot and maintain, and can promptly detect faults in the module itself and connected devices.
Low noise performance: The noise level is low. The normal mode rejection ratio is 60dB±1/2% at 50Hz or 60Hz, and the common mode rejection ratio is 120dB±1/2% at DC or the nominal (50/60Hz) line frequency, ensuring the stable operation of the module.

Cable requirements: For cables with a length of less than 5,000 feet, single-strand twisted-pair wires with integral shielding should be used, and the minimum conductor size should be 24AWG. For cables with a length ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 feet, 20AWG is adopted.
